Is Cellulite only dimpled skin?

Or is it also flabbiness and untoned that appears beneath the skin?
Its not to do with how fat a person can be because skinny people get cellulite and larger people can have none! Its to do with the distribution of fat under your skin. Sometimes cellulite can be caused by bad diet… unhealthy fats… you can make your cellulite go away by just massaging the cellulite area with a fair amount if pressure using a normal moisturizing cream, though it will take some time, don’t expect instant results!
