I’ve recently lost about 50lbs and my weight is now considered normal yet I still have quite a bit of fat around my butt and hips including cellulite. Also, my skin is a little loose in some places. I drink plenty of water and I’ve recently started exercising. I was just wondering what types of exercises would improve my condition. Currently, I alternate between the treadmill, elliptical, and stair thingy. Does anyone else have this problem? Please help!

    Massage your cellulite w/baby oil for 5-10min. straight. And really get in there. That deep massage will move some of the cellulite around. Cellulite is just fat that gets stuck, we need to move it around.

    keep healthy that is good..the person that said to add some strength training is right…that will add more muscle instead of fat..making your skin more tight

    Sounds like you need to tone up what you’ve lost. Just concentrate on strength training exercises to tighten those loose areas up.
