Thanks.

No they don’t honey. What these lotions does is to "buff" up your skin making it "seem" as if the problems are going away. Most of them also refracts light rays so that the said area would appear to have improved.

If you have cellulite I would recommend that you apply a normal skin lotion(I use cocoa butter) and massage it into your skin.Massaging breaks up the cellulite. You can do this in the shower also.Get some coffee grounds and use as an exfoliator. The coffee grounds will also help with the massaging process.

If you already have a body scrub you can use that.Just remember to massage the areas as often as you can and the cellulite will go away since it is just clumps of fat.I was sick for a while and could not get out of bed and now I see a little cellulite on my leg,:).I am doing just what I told you and jogging so that when I get it away it stays away, lol.

Hope I helped and GOD bless in all that you do.Have a great day and smile :)

I just used a Dove firming cream on my thighs. My thighs did get better, but i am not sure if it was the cream or the fact that you have to massage the cream in a circular motion. Apparently it is the massaging that breaks down the cellulite.

Cocoa butter works really well and it’s a lot cheaper than most skin-firming products.
