			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class="announcement_post"><p>I read an article the other day that some doctors debate whether or not cellulite exists.&nbsp; This is absolutely ridiculous.&nbsp; All I need to do is go to the beach or lake during the summer, and the evidence is all around me.&nbsp; </p>
<p>Scientifically, cellulite is the result of bad skin structure, often from genetics, which makes the skin fibers prone to split. And when they split, fat and toxins deposit into the holes in the fibers, creating the lumpy effect. I know it sounds gross, but hey, let&rsquo;s understanding the enemy will help us get rid of it.&nbsp;&nbsp; And also quite obvious,&nbsp; women are more prone to this than men are.&nbsp; Since the problem is largely genetic, we women have to do what we can to minimize the effects of cellulite.</p>
<p>Strengthening the skin fibers, plumping up the skin&#8217;s surface, and breaking down the stubborn fat and toxin deposits can help minimize the appearance of cellulite. Things like home remedies and cellulite cr&egrave;me definitely help.&nbsp; </p>
<p>Below are some of the more popular techniques to rejuvinate your skin and help reduce or eliminate cellulite.<br />&nbsp;<br />Massage<br />Massage increases circulation to the areas filled with fat and toxins to help release them. The best kind of massage is an endermologie. However, if you prefer to save your money instead of getting endermologie treatments at a spa, here&#8217;s a better way.&nbsp; </p>
<p>Instead of massaging, knead the cellulite areas to help break down toxins and fat. Sometimes rollers or other massage devices will help to really work the skin. Of course, the pressure used at a spa or salon will be stronger, but you can still improve your cellulite on your own. Use a moisturizer, <strong>cellulite creme</strong>, or massage oil, preferably a detoxing one.&nbsp; (Using a moisturizing body lotion daily will give you plumped-out skin which shows less cellulite than dehydrated skin.) </p>
<p>Spend at least 10 minutes on each area massaging with high pressure right on the cellulite. Use a twisting and circular motion with the intention of keeping circulation high. Firm cellulite areas will need vigorous rubbin with the roller or with your knuckles of your hand.&nbsp; This process may sound somewhat painful, and it is.&nbsp; Stick with it though and you will see improvements within a few weeks.</p>
<p>Exercise<br />Have you ever seen a good aerobics instructor with bad cellulite?&nbsp; Workouts are good for you, and not just workouts concentrated on the cellulite areas.&nbsp; Workouts promote detoxification through sweat glands, and the movement causes things in your body, including your skin, to get shaken up.&nbsp; (I know, I know, you hate working out and sweating, but suck it up ladies.)&nbsp; I suggest starting 3 times per week in a simple aerobics training class, and moving to 4 to 5 times a week as you body gets stronger.</p>
<p>Diet<br />Can diet really make a difference?&nbsp; The answer is yes, but it&rsquo;s not like a pill, where you will see results in 24 hours. The best anti-cellulite diet is filled with natural organic foods, including high doses of vegetables. They contain essential skin-firming nutrients, as well as lots of water to help wash away the toxins and plump up the skin. Try and restrict your diet so only about 25 percent of your daily calories come from fat. This regiment will also keep your skin hydrated, which will help reduce the visibility of cellulite. You should also drink at least two or three quarts of water, or herbal teas daily.</p>

Lunch:(3:15) veggies, chicken, fish, rice, couple of dates, Then an hour later I eat 3 bars of chocolate (galaxy, snickers, nutella, twix, bounty, maltesers&#8230;) And then have a fatty dinner like pizza hut&#8217;s pizza and now Im having creme filled crispy kremes!! I know its really bad but I&#8217;m boreeeeeeed to death and I always say: I&#8217;m gonna eat whatever I crave now because tomorrow is diet! But it only lasts until lunch <img src='http://www.cellulitecreme.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' />  I drink alot of water, exercise 30 minutes aerobics 2x a week and I Wiiiiiiiiish I&#8217;d break the habbit!!</p>

<br />You are not addicted to chocolate, you are addicted to JUNK! For starters, you should make sure you get plenty of chocolate each day. Buy a bag of real Hershey chocolate chips and eat them instead of candy. You will probably get tired of them, but that is too bad!<br />
You may have eaten the doughnuts due to the letdown after the candy. That is a common reaction. Eating real chocolate will prevent the candy letdown. You need to exercise more too. Try to plan a healthy dinner each day. Good luck.</p>

<p>anyway when i woke up i thought about all the things i do to make myself not get wrinkes &#8212; spf 45 even when its not sunny out, my anew wrinkle night creme (it was my moms but i use it cuz it smells good), sunglasses, i work out, i always eat veggies, and plenty of water&#8230;&#8230;. </p>
<p>is it possible to stay young looking forever or are we all bound to have cellulite some day with plenty of wrinkles.<br />
im not saying theres anything bad with aging neccessarily, im just wondering&#8230;&#8230;..<br />
<br />well to certain extent. you will get wrinkly but much less then someone who is overweight and never wears sunscreen.<br />
however u can stay skinny forever but remember u wont be as firm  and stuff no matter what.</p>
<p>so keep being healthy</p>

1) Seek sugar free chocolate, but don&#8217;t think that just because it&#8217;s sugar free that you can have as much as you want.  Limit yourself and stick to it!!<br />
2) Reward yourself for lost weight.  If you are at 150 lbs. now, stick to your diet and be a good girl.  When you get to 140 give yourself a chocolate treat, but don&#8217;t gorge yourself on it.<br />
At 130 do the same.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s important to remember that even when you reach your goal weight, the diet isn&#8217;t over.  Think of it as a way of life. I too am a chocoholic, but I eat it only as a treat once a week or so.  Going up and down isn&#8217;t healthy for you either, so get to your weight and keep it there.  People are creatures of habit, and once you get used to the routine, you&#8217;ll do just fine.  Good Luck!!</p>

I have recently lost 15 pounds and my skin is very worn out, flabby and with cellulite.  So I am working out at least 3 times a week and using a creme to tighten my skin.  I would like to know what I have to eat or do to build muscle without putting on weight ( I still want to lose more weight 5 to 8 pounds)  What should I do? I would love to see my leg muscles defined and hopefully that will improve the appearance of my legs and skin. Thankssssss!!!<br />

They also have a lot of emotional baggage and does get VERY emotionally attached. An answer would be appreciated. I also have a pet rat that i usually spend my morning eating breakfast with.<br />

<p>Right first any one can make their appearance better.. Work out / Gym. Lose the weight on the arms eww. Do someting with your hair.. What colour is it? Die it brown or even black is ok but curl it near the bottom. longer so it just goes over the shoulders.. Some sexy clothes or smart clothes.. Less make up but still make ur self look pretty.. make sure that moustache NEVER gets seen! get RID of the arm hairs :O then u will look brill (Y)</p>

<br />its nivea Good bye cellulite cream and patches, you will find it in any drug store, i tried it and it really does work. although mine wasnt as severe as the show ones but it really does work.</p>
