I’m female 15 5′2 130lbs!! I went from 110 to this!! its all fat and I have lots a cellulite on my thighs!! I eat a muesli and low fat milk, a banana for BF (7:00), snack(9:00) fruit juice
Lunch:(3:15) veggies, chicken, fish, rice, couple of dates, Then an hour later I eat 3 bars of chocolate (galaxy, snickers, nutella, twix, bounty, maltesers…) And then have a fatty dinner like pizza hut’s pizza and now Im having creme filled crispy kremes!! I know its really bad but I’m boreeeeeeed to death and I always say: I’m gonna eat whatever I crave now because tomorrow is diet! But it only lasts until lunch :( I drink alot of water, exercise 30 minutes aerobics 2x a week and I Wiiiiiiiiish I’d break the habbit!!

I want to weigh like 100-105lbs and settle there forever !!! I really dont want to yo yo!! I have alot of stretchmarks :( :(
And I’m small framed!:)

You really just need some will power. If you really feel the need to have chocolate, you can do it two ways:
1) Seek sugar free chocolate, but don’t think that just because it’s sugar free that you can have as much as you want. Limit yourself and stick to it!!
2) Reward yourself for lost weight. If you are at 150 lbs. now, stick to your diet and be a good girl. When you get to 140 give yourself a chocolate treat, but don’t gorge yourself on it.
At 130 do the same.

It’s important to remember that even when you reach your goal weight, the diet isn’t over. Think of it as a way of life. I too am a chocoholic, but I eat it only as a treat once a week or so. Going up and down isn’t healthy for you either, so get to your weight and keep it there. People are creatures of habit, and once you get used to the routine, you’ll do just fine. Good Luck!!

my stretch marks are dark colored and the cellultie is light. what can i do?

i dont think so, my friend tried it and it made her scars etc.still visible but the tan looked un even on the scars so im assuming it wont cover up the others

Hi! I am 22 years old, 5′4 and weight 135 pounds. I am bottom heavy, with my thighs being the problem area. I have recently lost 15 pounds and my skin is very worn out, flabby and with cellulite. So I am working out at least 3 times a week and using a creme to tighten my skin. I would like to know what I have to eat or do to build muscle without putting on weight ( I still want to lose more weight 5 to 8 pounds) What should I do? I would love to see my leg muscles defined and hopefully that will improve the appearance of my legs and skin. Thankssssss!!!

Asparagus

I am wondering if guys would date a girl with a grey moustache that grows over their top lip (recently removed with leg creme) overweight with an out of proportion body, (large cellulite legs, slim stomach, fatty arms also with cellulite) dark black arm hairs, with moles, who wears a lot of make up, and has boil like lumps on their face, they also have short black hair, that does to look greasy and wears a lot of eyeliner, similar appearance to an emo. They also have a lot of emotional baggage and does get VERY emotionally attached. An answer would be appreciated. I also have a pet rat that i usually spend my morning eating breakfast with.

try some cover up.

Right first any one can make their appearance better.. Work out / Gym. Lose the weight on the arms eww. Do someting with your hair.. What colour is it? Die it brown or even black is ok but curl it near the bottom. longer so it just goes over the shoulders.. Some sexy clothes or smart clothes.. Less make up but still make ur self look pretty.. make sure that moustache NEVER gets seen! get RID of the arm hairs :O then u will look brill (Y)

my son is 12 ~(not overweight before anyone says anything) and we have noticed that his skin resembles orange peel effect.

Can try having him soak in a bath to which oil has been added to hydrate excessively dry skin. Can also apply some really good hydrating moisturizer after the bath or rub down with vaseline.

I was watching the Tyra Show awhile back and she had a product on that helped with cellulite..And she had like 5 different people come on and try it for like 4 weeks on their legs and it really worked..Im trying to remember what this product was called, I know its a creme but I can’t remember the name..Does anyone by chance know??

its nivea Good bye cellulite cream and patches, you will find it in any drug store, i tried it and it really does work. although mine wasnt as severe as the show ones but it really does work.

I’ve recently lost about 50lbs and my weight is now considered normal yet I still have quite a bit of fat around my butt and hips including cellulite. Also, my skin is a little loose in some places. I drink plenty of water and I’ve recently started exercising. I was just wondering what types of exercises would improve my condition. Currently, I alternate between the treadmill, elliptical, and stair thingy. Does anyone else have this problem? Please help!
